Sharon is the principal Osteopath at the Clinic. “I qualified as an Osteopath in 2009 and I have a huge passion for my work, I try to bring snippets of all my education to individualise treatment plans for my patients as best as possible. I am always looking to upskill and educate myself” I enjoy running, cycling, step classes, strength training and playing the saxophone. I have two grandchildren aged 6 and two, and a ‘grandpup’ aged 5!

Kirsty Harvey

Sport Massage Therapist
Kirsty is a highly experienced sports masseuse with a long history of helping people and relieving them from their pain. She works to speed the recovery rate of injuries to help you get back on your feet. Kirsty’s core belief is that her treatments are more than just getting you out of pain, but one of working towards injury prevention to help you achieve your future goals. Her treatments are relaxing and non-judgemental, working the body both specifically and as a whole.

Owen Jermey

Sports Therapist
Owen was born and raised in Norfolk and currently lives in Dereham. He recently graduated from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. His journey began in college (DESA) where he was playing football while studying a BTEC of sport fulfilling his passion of sport and helping to gain an insight into sport and all the different opportunities. Owen began shadowing the physiotherapist at Dereham Town Football Club and soon realised that this was the career route he wanted to take. Being a massive football enthusiast, he had a few injuries himself. He loves the challenge of finding solutions to recovery. Owen is very keen to help others get back to the sport they love or people’s general activities of day to day life.So, Owen signed up for University and studied Sports and Exercise Therapy. He loved taking part in the experimental sports science tests. However, his favourite was the massage and rehabilitation training. Owen’s aim is to not only help people recover from injury but to implement strength exercises where appropriate to enhance lifestyle/sports performance and prevent future injury.

Alex Bannister

Osteopath
Alex is a qualified osteopath, having trained at the College of Osteopaths in London. She is passionate about working collaboratively with patients to enhance their health, mobility, and overall physical function. Using a variety of techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, joint articulations and manipulations, muscle energy techniques and exercise prescription, Alex tailors treatment to support recovery and long-term management of a range of conditions. Before studying Osteopathy, Alex gained a first-class degree in Human Physiology from the University of Leeds. This strong scientific foundation has shaped her evidence-based approach to rehabilitation and deepened her understanding of how movement, injury, and overall health are interconnected. Outside of work, Alex loves staying active and being outdoors. She is a keen runner, hiker, and skier, and is always looking for new challenges and adventures.
